Dr. Michel Verheyden
Dr. Michel Verheyden is a driven and experienced dermatologist with a deep passion for both the medical and aesthetic aspects of dermatology. He obtained his master's degree in medicine from the University of Antwerp and completed his specialization in Dermatology and Venereology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. His expertise covers various subdomains of dermatology, including acne, rosacea, hair pathology, anogenital pathology, minor surgery, and anti-aging treatments.
Additionally, he is specialized in the use of light and laser therapy, skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, and botulinum toxin treatments.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Verheyden has been active as a researcher since 2019. He is pursuing a PhD on Human Papillomavirus (HPV) in high-risk groups, further deepening his scientific knowledge and contributing to important developments within his field.During his international experience in Toronto, Canada, he further specialized in genital dermatology and HIV-related skin conditions.
